Established in 2011, Nanyang Keda Electric Co., Ltd. is located in the Jinguan Technology Industry Park in Nanyang Zhenping, covering an area of over 13,000 square meters, with an initial investment of more than 12 million yuan. With high technology as the driving force and customer demand as the guidance, the company professionally manufactures high-quality zinc oxide varistors and zinc oxide varistor core set to serve lightning arrester production factories. The products supply well both at domestic market and oversea markets. The company has more than 50 sets advanced production equipment and test equipment: 2 sets of spray granulation equipment, 10 tunnel furnaces, including 4 tunnel furnaces are 16 meters double push plate and three push plate tunnel furnaces, 2 sets of 3000A 2ms long duration impulse withstand test equipment, 1 set of automatic DC parameter test coding equipment, 1 set of high-current impulse current generator, 1 set of automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, laser particle size distribution tester, 100kV DC high voltage generator, DC 2mA ZnO varistor parameter tester, AC and DC aging test instrument etc. professional testing equipment. The annual output is 4.5 million pieces of ø28 ~ ø115 zinc oxide varistors.The company has 17 middle and senior technical personnel who have been engaged in the research and development of zinc oxide varistors for a long time. We have strong technical and R & D capabilities. The series zinc oxide varistors can meet the assembly requirements of AC lightning arresters, GIS surge arresters, UHV surge arresters, DC transmission and distribution surge arresters, and rail surge arresters. Our products have passed identification tests of XIHARI and National Insulator Lightning Arrester Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.
